Accept the Proposals from Multiple Vendors, Request for Proposal (RFP) #15069-MST General Planning Services (Business Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On April 13, 2015, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Facilities Division, issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain general planning services. Proposals were accepted on May 14, 2015. General planning services include school and ancillary siting, impact fee studies, projection reports, and location mapping analyses.
Three firms responded and a committee of district-level personnel evaluated the proposals in accordance with the stated RFP criteria. The evaluation committee selected all three firms to be awarded possible future business. The initial term of this contract will be for a three-year period, with two one-year renewals, subject to negotiations and mutual agreement. The Superintendent is authorized to approve any renewal agreements, per the terms of the specifications. |

EVALUATION | |
Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
