EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of the Empowering Effective Teachers (EET) project, a district committee of Instructional Specialist personnel, supervisors, CTA representatives, and administrators has created a new rubric for the 2015-2016 school year. The rubric consists of components divided into four domains of professional practice. Rubrics are provided to evaluators so the process will result in greater consistency in evaluations. Presented with this item is the new evaluation rubric for Instructional Specialist personnel.
The new evaluation will be comprised of written evaluations by a peer evaluator and principal or supervisor (60%) and a student gains measure (40%). |
