| Accept the Piggyback of Bid #3141800-14-ACS, Temporary Employment Staffing Services Between GuideSoft, Inc. d/b/a Knowledge Services and the State of Florida (Business Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The district will be utilizing the State of Florida #3141800-14-ACS contract for temporary employment staffing services. This contract provides temporary staffing services within multiple job categories, including administrative support. The State of Florida agreement has a two-year term, November 18, 2014, through November 17, 2016, with two one-year renewals. Hillsborough County Public Schools will commence its use effective July 15, 2015.
In accordance with the Florida Department of Education, Purchasing Policy 6A-1.012(6) in lieu of requesting competitive solicitations from three or more sources, district school boards may make purchases at or below the specified prices from contracts awarded by other city or county governmental agencies, or other district school boards. This contract may be renewed by the Superintendent, per the terms of the specifications. |

| EVALUATION | |
| Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
