Approve Revisions to the Professional Technical Salary Schedule
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Revise the Professional Technical Salary Schedule (Attachment A) by adding three pay grades: P, Q, and R.  A recommendation was made by Sunera, salary auditing company, to reduce the number of employees currently paid on our Administrative Salary Schedule. This revision would move approximately 47 employees currently on Administrative Salary Schedules to the revised Professional Technical Salary Schedule. No impact to the current salaries of the affected employees will result from this change.
