| Approve Agreement with the City of Tampa for the 2015/2016 School Resource Officer Program (Administration Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The School Board annually approves an agreement with the City of Tampa for the placement of School Resource Officers in our secondary schools. The agreement is administered by the City of Tampa for the 2015/2016 fiscal year, August 1, 2015 – July 31, 2016. The participating law enforcement agency in the School Resource Officer Program pays 50 percent of the program cost.
The City of Tampa requests the School Board Chair signature to be the first signature on the Agreement to acknowledge acceptance of this contract prior to the city’s final signature. |
