| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Minority and small business enterprises are the fastest growing segment of the nation's population and are a significant economic force. To recognize local minority and small businesses who provide many of the products and services needed to support teachers, students and support personnel, Hillsborough County Public Schools would like to recognize August 25-28, 2015, as Minority Business Enterprise Development Conference. |
