Approve Disciplinary Action - Instructional Support 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective August 12, 2015.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

  • Kimberly A. Jones, Senior Maintenance Unit Clerk, Maintenance Central:  Termination of Employment.  Under the influence while on duty.
  • Omayra Rivera, Student Nutrition Assistant, Robinson High School:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Public Assistance Fraud By Fraudulent Qual, a felony charge.
  • Catherine L. Wiggins, Production Coordinator, Chiaramonte Elementary School:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Acting As A Licensed Agent, a felony charge.
