Approve the Statement of Work with Amzur Technologies for Supplemental Staffing Service (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On April 21, 2015, the School Board approved an agreement with Amzur Technologies for supplemental staffing services that ends September 30, 2015. Based on the current need for services and the availability of Empowering Effective Teachers (EET) grant funding to spend on those services, we have attached a new Statement of Work (SOW) with a begin date of October 1, 2015. This SOW is for an additional 456 hours of IBM Infosphere DataStage developer time to continue developing the Educational Data Warehouse.

Amzur Technologies is a registered vendor with the Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD). The contracted engagement will end by December 18, 2015.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Align financial resources to support the district's strategic goals
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The cost for this agenda item is not to exceed $35,112.  EET grant funds are included in the Information and Technology Division budget for this expense in project 9309.  This is a time and materials arrangement where the district will only pay for the hours of service provided.  There are no additional fees for travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
The IT Division will oversee and monitor the conduct of these services and has the option to terminate the agreement at any time.
