Approve License Agreement Between the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County at Kenly Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) has requested permission from the School Board of Hillsborough County to continue to locate air quality monitoring equipment on the campus of Kenly Elementary School.  EPC's placement of the equipment is for a regulatory sampler for the purpose of collecting lead and particulate data in ambient air.  The current term of the License Agreement is in its automatic 12 month renewal period and the EPC would like to continue this present testing location.  The attached License Agreement would commence on November 1, 2015, and terminate on October 31, 2016, with an additional 12 month renewal period.  The EPC will continue to be responsible for all utilities necessary for electrical power and after termination, will remove all equipment and utilities and return the area to the same condition prior to their use.
