Approve the Superintendent's Evaluation Instrument
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pursuant to the contract entered into between the Superintendent and the School Board, an evaluation tool must be mutually agreed upon between the parties.

Funds in the amount of $11,500 will be available in the Superintendent's Office General Fund budget.  For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda items is 4422.  As of October 26, 2015, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $11,500.
