| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the HVAC system at Sanchez Full Service Center. District staff selected MES Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On March 24, 2015, the Board awarded a contract for construction to Kenyon & Partners, Inc. The scope of work included renovation of the existing HVAC system, new energy efficient interior fluorescent lighting, and new ceilings. |
