Approve Disciplinary Action - Instructional Support Revised
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective November 18, 2015. The employee is entitled to due process, which affords the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action: 

  • Catherine L. Wiggins, Student Nutrition Production Coordinator, Chiaramonte Elementary School: Termination of Employment.   Arrested and charged with Acting As A Licensed Agent, a felony charge. A second felony charge of False or Fraudulent Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance was added and entered into a Pre-Trial Intervention Program for both charges.
