SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Acceptance of Trust Funds (Trust) to Hillsborough High School (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hillsborough High School has been named as one of the beneficiaries of the Trust.  The personal representative of the estate has requested that the School Board sign a "Waiver of Discharge" (attached page 1) so that the probate administration can be closed.  Additionally, the personal representative of the Estate has requested the School Board sign the Proposed Plan for Distribution (attached page 2).

It is anticipated Hillsborough High School will receive $242,687.58 from the Trust.
