Approve License Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and Stine Properties III, LLC for Temporary Bus Parking |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
During construction of permanent improvements to the school district's bus facility located at Airport Road in Plant City, a temporary area is needed to park approximately 300 +/- buses to allow for paving the present site. The district plans to utilize an off-site location owned by Stine Properties III, LLC, 4611 Lykes Road, Plant City, FL for a period falling between June 10, 2016 and August 10, 2016. The precise dates for usage of the property may change due to construction variables and will be finalized with the property owner. The license fee is $5,000 per month and the district will supply all required insurance documents to the property owner. The License Agreement has been reviewed by district general counsel as to form and sufficiency. |
