Recognition of the Ironworkers Preapprenticeship and Apprenticeship Programs (Curriculum and Instruction Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Ironworkers Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, through its preapprenticeship and apprenticeship training programs, has chosen to partner with The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, for over 23 years. Each year over 100 students enroll in this 4-year apprenticeship program and more than 70 students enroll in the preapprenticeship program. This training provides skilled Ironworker Tradesmen to the Gulf Coast of Florida and beyond. Hillsborough County Public Schools is pleased to recognize the partnership with the Ironworkers Local 397:
