Approve Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and Liverpool FC International Academy America-West Florida at Robinson High School

Liverpool FC International Academy America-West Florida has requested use of property owned by the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, located south of Robinson High School, south of West Rembrandt Street, Tampa, to develop four soccer fields.  Liverpool FC will construct, at no cost to the School Board, the fields and associated site work; remove the existing blacktop and trees; deliver clean fill dirt; regrade for proper drainage; install an irrigation system and well; goals and goal posts; and may install up to eight lights.  All improvements will meet the requirements and conditions established by the School Board and become the property of the School Board.  The students of Robinson High School will have use of the fields as scheduled by the school administrator.

The term of the Agreement is five years, with the School Board retaining the right to reduce, restrict or terminate.  The Agreement has been reviewed by District counsel as to form and legal sufficiency.

Approval of the Use of Facilities Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and Liverpool FC International Academy America-West Florida to develop and construct four soccer fields on the Rembrandt Site will have no financial impact to the School Board.
