Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center (BSAC) and the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, (HCPS) for the Implementation and Operation of Before School, After School, and Summer Programs (Academic Support and Federal Programs Division)
The purpose of the MOA is to establish an agreement between HCPS and BSAC concerning their respective roles and responsibilities. HCPS and BSAC will partner to provide implementation and operation for the Before School, After School, and Summer Programs.  This collaboration will ensure quality care for students and families in our community.
• Engage and communicate with families and stakeholders • Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health
Fees paid by BSAC to HCPS for use of school sites shall be used toward operation of the school facility. The amount of $81,005.30 is the total paid to HCPS from June 27, 2017, through June 26, 2018.
Annual principal and parent surveys will be conducted and results shared with school, HCPS, or designee.  Satisfaction surveys will be among the tools used for evaluation.  Surveys will employ a Likert scale, which asks respondents to specify their level of agreement to a statement.
