|Approve the Vendor Capability Survey Between the American Red Cross LLC Central Florida and the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida to Provide Meals for its Mass Care Mobile Unit|
Student Nutrition Services (SNS) has been asked by the American Red Cross LLC Central Florida (Red Cross) to provide meals for their mass care mobile unit during a declared state of emergency. SNS will provide, dependent on the Culinary Kitchen at Silo Bend being fully functional, up to 10,000 lunches and 10,000 dinners per day for pick up and distribution by the Red Cross.
This agreement shall be in effect from August 1, 2017, through December 1, 2017.

|Projected revenue will be approximately $33,500 per day over expenses at full capacity.|
