| Accept the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bid Submitted by Ocean Flooring, Inc. - Invitation to Bid (ITB) #16037-MST Flooring, Carpet, Vinyl, and Related Services (Business Services Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This bid was prepared at the request of the Facilities Maintenance Support Department to establish fixed pricing for flooring and related services. Award of this agreement shall be to overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder for each line item, or group of items, as specified in the bid. This recommendation has been reviewed by the Facilities Maintenance Support Manager.
The initial term of this contract will be for a 1-year period beginning August 3, 2016, with 4 additional 1-year renewals. All prices are firm against any increase for at least one year from the effective date. The Superintendent is authorized to approve the renewal agreement, per the terms of the specifications |

| EVALUATION | |
| Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are performed annually or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
