The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, has been partners with Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Inc., dba, Careersource Tampa Bay, Inc. through the School Board's Career, Technical, and Adult Education program.  Careersource is currently located at the Floriland Mall on North Florida Avenue in Tampa and has classroom space available for the district's Adult Education within their leased space.  The Sublease would provide 4,518 square feet of classroom, lab, meeting space and parking and the monthly rental fee will be $5,271.00 including all maintenance, utilities and janitorial services.  The original term of the Sublease will commence on October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018, with five (5), one year renewals terms and the annual rental rate increase will be capped at 2% per year.  The Sublease includes a termination clause that is dependent upon the continuation of the Federal funding source for both Careersouce and the Child Care Training Program.

The Sublease has been reviewed by School Board real estate legal counsel as to form and sufficiency.  Upon School Board approval, the Sublease will be submitted to Tampa Bay Workforce for signature.
