EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Hillsborough County Public Schools recognizes the Department of Education's Five Star Schools for 2016-2017. These schools have met 100 percent of the award criteria, one of which includes earning a grade of “C” or above or a school improvement rating of “maintaining or commendable” for the 2016-2017 school year. Criteria Categories:
Hillsborough County Public Schools also acknowledges the six (*6) district “Rising Star” schools for 2016-2017. These schools met the criteria at district level. |

EVALUATION | |
Five Star portfolios are submitted annually and reviewed for demonstrated evidence of 100 percent of award criteria. Training and support is provided throughout the school year. | |
