| July 18, 2017 Information Rollout and plan update (completed) August 1, 2017 - Memorandum of Agreement Energy Survey, Minimise, USA, LLC (completed) August 9, 2017 - Provide electric bills for previous 24 months (completed) August 12, 2017 - Provide Building Site Blueprints (completed) October 2, 2017 - Conduct three phases of Site Surveys (four months) January 2018 - Agreement for Scope of Work (estimate of plan and savings) Monthly updates will be presented to the School Board during Financial highlights. |
