Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof and Selected Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Roof Top Unit (HVAC RTU) Replacements at Jefferson High School
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for replacement of the roof and selected HVAC RTU at Jefferson High School.  On November 17, 2015, the Board appointed C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. to provide design services.

The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
• Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health • Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
Funds in the amount of $3,564,597.49 will be available in the Local Millage and PECO Maintenance funds. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8138 / 8100. As of Friday, April 6, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $157,711.17.
