Approve First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Temple Terrace and the School Board of Hillsborough County for Construction of Baseball Field for the Buddy Baseball Program at Lewis Elementary School
On August 29, 2017, the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, entered into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Temple Terrace granting the City permission to design and construct a ballfield at Lewis Elementary School for the Buddy Baseball Program. During the design phase of the project, the City became aware of issues that would prevent the ballfield's proposed location on a portion of the school's soccer fields. The City has requested to relocate the project to the area currently used for baseball fields by the school. No other terms or conditions have been modified in the original Interlocal Agreement.

|FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)|
Approval of the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the City of Temple Terrace for the relocation of the proposed Buddy Baseball field to a different area at Lewis Elementary School will have no financial impact to the School Board.
