SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve License Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Florida Department of Transportation for Roadway Improvements at Plant City High School
The Department of Transportation has requested permission from the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, to access and improve the driveway apron at Plant City High School to perform roadway improvements at the intersection of Alexander Street (SR 30) and S. Hunter Street, Plant City. The License Agreement would allow FDOT ingress and egress for workers, machinery, and vehicles in the hatched area depicted on Exhibit "A". FDOT will coordinate with the school's Principal with reasonable advanced notice to insure uninterrupted vehicular access to the school site and to not unreasonably inconvenience the school. The term of the Agreement shall be from June 15, 2018, until August 31, 2019.
• Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
Approval of the License Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Florida Department of Transportation for ingress and egress along Alexander Street and S. Hunter Street at Plant City High School will have no financial impact to the School Board.
