The proposed attendance boundary change would move a 9.70 acre property located south of Boyette Road and east of Silver Fox Lane from Dawson to Stowers Elementary. Currently, the property is vacant; therefore, no current students will be impacted. Thirty-three (33) single family homes are proposed on this site. This area was originally planned to remain in the Stowers attendance boundary, but was not depicted on the proposed maps. This change is consistent with the intent of the original proposal to use the properties to the east and south as the dividing line. Said adjacent properties are owned by the Girl Scouts, who have confirmed their intent to maintain the property as undeveloped land.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
