Approve the Revised Job Description for Project Administrator and the New Job Description for Senior Project Administrator (Operations Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In an effort to streamline the Operations Division and to increase efficiency and effectiveness, the attached job descriptions have been prepared to align responsibilities for both a Project Administrator (revised to downgrade salary level and responsibilities, salary range of $59,587 to $84,405) and a Senior Project Administrator (new job description with elevated responsibilities, salary range of $75,617 to $96,068).  These changes will become effective May 7, 2018.

These positions are fully funded by Part 1 District funds.  The new distribution of responsibilities with these positions will result in a savings to the district of $1,787.
