|High Impact Teachers (Human Resources Division)|
|On Thursday, March 8, 2018, Commissioner Stewart sent emails congratulating teachers throughout the state for being “High Impact” using State VAM calculations. Attached to this agenda item are the names of our district’s “High Impact” teachers, the certificate, the teacher sample letter, and the principal sample letter.
Not all Hillsborough County teachers are eligible to be identified as “High Impact” because the state uses the following criteria:
We congratulate and celebrate these teachers.
|• Improve the high school graduation rate • Provide a student-centered learning environment that engages every child • Recruit, support, and retain a highly effective and diverse workforce • Develop, recognize, and reward employees • Develop a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration • Engage and communicate with families and stakeholders|
