Information and Plan Update for the Energy Management and Conservation Services Project with Minimise, USA, LLC (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As we work to reduce district expenditures in Energy Services, we are providing a project update on the Energy Efficiency Measures to date.

July 18, 2017 Information Rollout and plan update (completed)  August 1, 2017 - Memorandum of Agreement Energy Survey, Minimise, USA, LLC (completed)  August 9, 2017 - Provide electric bills for previous 24 months (completed)  August 12, 2017 - Provide Building Site Blueprints (completed)   October 2, 2017 - Conduct three phases of Site Surveys (four months)   November 14, 2017 - Exhibit Items and progress of work update  January 23, 2018 - Monthly update for Phase I  February 20, 2018 - Amendments 1, 2, and 3 to update Shared Savings Plan Agreement  May 15, 2018 - Project update and beyond
