Approve the Termination of Contract with Town and Country High School (Charter Schools)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Board of Directors of Town and Country High School have chosen to close their school effective immediately. The letter from Florida High School for Accelerated Learning Board informing the district of the school closure and the letter from the Superintendent to Town and County High School acknowledging the closure are attached.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Town and Country High School received approximately $1,370,185.20 through the Florida Education Finance Program funding for the 2017/2018 school year. They also received $73,655 in capital outlay funds.
EVALUATION
There will be no evaluation since this contract is being terminated.
