| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On March 7, 2017, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects Engineers, Inc. and Williams Company Tampa to provide design and construction management services. The project scope included reconfiguration of the site logistics at both schools and the renovations of the cafeteria heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system as part of a plan to unify the campus.
The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
