Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Security Vestibule at Jefferson and Plant City High Schools (Operations Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Ranon and Partners, Inc. and Reno Building, LLC from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes the creation of a new security vestibule at each school.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project Completion is scheduled for July 17, 2019. |

Funds in the amount of $437,810.00 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8250. As of Monday, February 18, 2019, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $427,828.00.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $427,828. |
