Recognition of the Finalists and Winners of the 2018/2019 Hillsborough County 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest (Office of Teaching and Learning) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On February 27, 2019, sixteen Hillsborough County Public Schools fourth and fifth grade students competed in the 2018/2019 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest District Finals. Six students earned first, second, and third place awards. Two students received honorable mentions and eight students were finalists. There were approximately 13,000 fourth and fifth grade students from 76 elementary schools who competed in school-level and district-level competitions. We are proud to recognize our top winners for their accomplishments. |
