| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Design Styles Architecture, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for construction of a secured vestibule at Chamberlain High School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project Completion is scheduled for August 27, 2019. |
