| Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Interior Security Wall Modifications at Bellamy Elementary School (Operations Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Ajax Building Corporation from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The scope of work provides for interior renovation with security and acoustical separation of the classrooms at Bellamy Elementary School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for March 10, 2020. |
