| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Batson-Cook Company from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for the installation, hook-up and furniture installation of temporary portable classrooms at McDonald Elementary School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 1, 2019. |
