The City of Tampa has requested permission to move forward with sidewalk improvements on a portion of School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida property at Coleman Middle School. These improvements are part of the Upper Peninsula Watershed Drainage Improvement - Dale Mabry Highway/Henderson Trunkline Project. The sidewalk area is located adjacent to the sports fields located north of Coleman Middle School and west of Dale Mabry Elementary School and the City's Interbay Pool.

After completion of the sidewalk improvements, a fee simple conveyance of the additional right-of-way to the City will be submitted to the School Board for approval. This conveyance will transfer responsibility of sidewalk maintenance to the City.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Tampa has requested permission to move forward with sidewalk improvements on a portion of School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida property at Coleman Middle School. These improvements are part of the Upper Peninsula Watershed Drainage Improvement - Dale Mabry Highway/Henderson Trunkline Project. The sidewalk area is located adjacent to the sports fields located north of Coleman Middle School and west of Dale Mabry Elementary School and the City's Interbay Pool.
