Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Emergency Generators at Multiple Sites (Operations Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Per the request of Hillsborough County, the District is providing emergency generator capabilities for the schools listed below. District staff selected design professionals and construction managers from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services as indicated. The project scope consists of new generators and/or transfer switches.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project completion is scheduled for November 25, 2019. |

Funds in the amount of $3,838,918.00 will be available in the reimbursable account from Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8628. As of Wednesday, April 17, 2019, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $3,722,195.00. The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $3,001,120. | |
