EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The two attached job descriptions for Community Schools have been created to support the Community Schools initiative at both the district and school levels. The Supervisor, Community Schools (job code 10170) will develop, promote, and further the use of community resources to create a positive impact by enhancing community and individual assets, meeting critical human service needs, and promoting long-term community solutions. The Resource Teacher, Site, Community Schools (job code 12081) will work with each Community School’s leadership team (including community and family members, students, school staff, administrators, and educators) to develop a Community School Plan based on a needs and assets assessment. | |
