Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Interior Security Wall Modifications at Dover Elementary School (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Creative Contractors, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for modifications to the interior classroom security walls in the 900 Building at Dover Elementary School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project Completion is scheduled for August 2, 2019. |
