The funds will be used for instructor stipends, student/staff transportation, and supplies.
• Provide a student-centered learning environment that engages every child
Hillsborough Community College will provide a maximum of $30,000 and not less than $15,000 from the Carl D. Perkins Grant to the district to support these activities for the school year 2019/2020. If approved, these funds will be allocated to various objects in Project 3740 and expended by June 30, 2020.
Over the past year, over 30 counselors attended College and Career Connections and over 400 high school students attended the Hillsborough Community College Career Quest.
