As part of the Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department's 2019 Summer Program, Hillsborough County has requested assistance from the School Board of Hillsborough County to provide transportation for the participants for various field trips. The School Board would provide buses and drivers during the months of June, July and August, 2019 and be compensated approximately $29,294.00 plus 25% for travel time and unforeseen cancellation charges, for a total of $36,618.00. As per the terms of the agreement, each party has the right to terminate the agreement with prior written notification; both parties will maintain the required insurance and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party. Specific dates and times of the field trips are stated per Exhibit "A".

The Transportation Services Agreement was presented and approved by the Board of County Commissions at their regular May 1, 2019 meeting. The Agreement has been reviewed by School Board real estate legal counsel as to form and sufficiency.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
