EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacements at Williams Middle School. On September 12, 2017, the Board appointed Anston-Greenlees, Inc. and Allstate Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The project scope at Williams consists of campus-wide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system replacement.
The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance. |
