EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The attached District Management Reorganization Worksheet details the proposed reorganization of positions within the Human Resources Division, which would take effect July 1, 2019. This reorganization includes changes in five departments within the division: Personnel Services, Services and Support, Performance Evaluation, Professional Standards, and Teacher Recruitment. The adjustments outlined in this reorganization serve to support increased efforts in the recruitment of instructional personnel and increased responsibilities in all affected departments. Also attached are current and proposed organization charts detailing all positions affected by this reorganization. Additionally, in the attached documents are included five new/revised job descriptions:
