SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with 3DE Florida, LLC and Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, Inc. for the Design and Implementation of the 3DE Model at Selected High Schools (Office of Teaching and Learning)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of the MOA is to establish a collaborative agreement between Hillsborough County Public Schools, 3DE Florida, LLC and Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, Inc. regarding their respective roles and responsibilities to ensure a productive arrangement for design and implementation of the 3DE model. 3DE, an educational model that is relevant, experiential, and authentically connected to real-world complexities includes a fully-packaged model of education programs which brings real-world connectivity across core academic subjects using case methodology that link standards-based and project-based instruction. Hillsborough County Public School, seeks to implement the 3DE Model at Chamberlain High School and Hillsborough High School beginning June 2019 through June 2025.

This item has no financial impact to the district.
EVALUATION
Program evaluations will be completed annually, prior to the end of the academic year, through the collection of data found in the data sharing agreement. Data will include grant letters of intent, proposals and fundraising reports, partnership updates with existing and/or potential school district partners, and school-level data specific to the school.
