| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
District staff selected Key Engineering, Inc. and HCBeck, LTD dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The project scope consists of track drainage, asphalt milling and asphalt overlay at Armwood, Jefferson and King High Schools.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 1, 2019. |
