Approve the Mental Health Plan for the Use of the Mental Health Assistance Allocation (Academic Support and Federal Programs) |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY |
Following the passage of Florida Senate Bill 7030, the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) is requiring all school districts to update and submit a Mental Health Plan in order to be awarded funding from the Mental Health Assistance Allocation. A subgroup of the original task force met to review and revise the district's mental health plan to reflect the mandates and legislation required by Senate Bill 7030. The planning process sought to review implementation success and identity needs in order to improve and align our health services. |
