EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
According to Florida Statute 1013.28, on October 17, 2017, the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, authorized the Superintendent to dispose of real property if said property was deemed surplus and unnecessary for educational purposes. By School Board Resolution, dated December 4, 2018, the School Board has deemed vacant property on 12th Street and Waters Avenue, Tampa, Florida, at Sulphur Springs K-8 School, surplus and unnecessary for educational purposes.
The attached purchase and sale agreement is a cash offer of $24,000, which is the asking price. |
