Approve Perpetual Non-Exclusive Sewer Line Easement with Domain Homes Inc. for Edison Elementary School (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District has been approached by Domain Homes Inc, to provide a perpetual non-exclusive sewer line easement at Edison Elementary School for the purpose of installing and maintaining an underground gravity sewer line. The administrative staff of Edison Elementary School will provide ingress/egress to the property without interruption for the installation and maintenance of the sewer line. Domain Homes Inc, will be responsible for the cost of such installation and the maintenance thereof.
This easement has been reviewed by the School Board attorney as to form and sufficiency. |
