| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Ajax Building Corporation from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The scope of work provides for temporary portable classrooms to be installed while security wall modifications are underway at Bellamy Elementary School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project completion is scheduled for August 2, 2019. |
